Come home to your body.
Compassionate, intuitive massage that honors your body, your pace, and your healing journey.
Care That Meets You Exactly Where You Are
Whether you are recovering from surgery, living with serious illness, or navigating end-of-life care, you deserve touch that feels safe, respectful, and deeply supportive.
I offer gentle, medically-informed massage for individuals whose bodies are undergoing major transitions — including post-surgical recovery, palliative care, and hospice support. My work focuses on comfort, reduced swelling, ease, and compassionate presence during vulnerable seasons of life.
This is care delivered slowly and intentionally, with dignity at the center.
Gentle, Adaptive Massage Through Life’s Most Tender Moments
Every session is guided by the understanding that the body is wise — and that healing looks different in every season.
My approach blends clinical knowledge with intuitive presence to support:
Physical comfort and relief
Emotional calm and nervous system regulation
A sense of safety, dignity, and being deeply cared for
Touch is always offered as an invitation, never a demand.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage and comfort-focused massage to support healing, reduce swelling, and ease discomfort following medical or cosmetic procedures.

My Why
My commitment to palliative and hospice massage comes from lived experience. I have walked this path without the support I needed and I have watched loved ones endure the same.
I believe deeply that no one should face serious illness or the end of life in isolation. Whether someone is healing from surgery or nearing the end of life, comfort matters. Presence matters. Being seen and cared for matters.
This work is my way of offering what I once wished for: comfort, dignity, and compassionate companionship through touch.
It is an honor to walk alongside individuals and families during life’s most delicate moments.
