Massage, reimagined.

Care adapted to your body, your health, your life.

Advanced training. Thoughtful care. Sessions built around you.

Whether you're seeking relief from stress, recovering from surgery, navigating illness, or simply wanting a more thoughtful approach to massage, each session is shaped around what your body needs today.

My work blends medically-informed bodywork with an adaptive, client-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, safety, and genuine care without one-size-fits-all routines or rushed treatment.

An Adaptive Approach to Bodywork

My approach is shaped by advanced training in therapeutic, oncology, lymphatic, and hospice massage, along with a deep respect for the body’s changing needs.

Rather than applying the same routine to every client, I work responsively: adapting each session with care, clinical awareness, and close attention to how your body presents in the moment.

Post-Surgical Recovery
Gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage and comfort-focused massage to support healing, reduce swelling, and ease discomfort following medical or cosmetic procedures.

Care Through Times of Change

I support individuals and families navigating profound transitions, including:

Palliative & Hospice Care
Slow, adaptive, comfort-oriented touch designed to soothe the body, calm the nervous system, and honor the person during serious illness or end-of-life care.

Care Right Where You Are

Sessions are available in the setting that best supports your comfort, care needs, and circumstances, including:

  • My studio space in Key West

  • In-home hospice and palliative support

  • Assisted living and skilled nursing facilities

  • Hospitals (as permitted)

When appropriate, I collaborate closely with family members and care teams to help create a supportive, respectful experience for everyone involved.

If you or someone you love is navigating a season of healing or transition, I would love to speak with you!

Families & Caregivers
Reassurance that your loved one is receiving skilled, compassionate care — and support for the emotional weight that often accompanies illness and transition.

What You Can Expect

Each session includes:

  • A gentle arrival and conversation about comfort needs

  • Adaptive positioning with pillows, bolsters, and blankets

  • Slow, intuitive, comfort-first touch

  • Respectful awareness of medical devices, fragility, and boundaries

  • A calm, quiet environment

  • Time for integration and closure

My Why

My commitment to palliative and hospice massage comes from lived experience. I have walked this path without the support I needed and I have watched loved ones endure the same.

I believe deeply that no one should face serious illness or the end of life in isolation. Whether someone is healing from surgery or nearing the end of life, comfort matters. Presence matters. Being seen and cared for matters.

This work is my way of offering what I once wished for: comfort, dignity, and compassionate companionship through touch.

It is an honor to walk alongside individuals and families during life’s most delicate moments.
